What I *Actually* Used In The Postpartum & Newborn Stage: 22 Specific Items

my little squish! LOOK at that face!!!

okay, so there are a million-and-one “postpartum must-have” lists on the internet… so, what makes this one any different?

Because, it will be a biiiiit more specific and unconventional than the typical list. When I was prepping for postpartum, I saw so many obvious things on postpartum roundups— diapers (duh), a place for baby to sleep (duh), nursing/pumping bras (duh)….

but in this blog post, I wanted to look beyond the ~obvious~ must-haves and share some lesser-known items that have been game-changing for me in postpartum. This isn’t a basic list of duhs— but moreso, a list made SOLELY of my specific MVP lineup of the things, products, and habits I could not be without during this postpartum time.

I hope this list gives you some unique & new ideas of PRACTICAL items that will help you & your little bub navigate the postpartum time :)

Just a heads up that NOTHING on this list is sponsored— solely items I am truly using during this postpartum time. That said, many of the URLs are shared as refer-a-friend affiliate links that may give me some commission if you purchase through the links (thank you for shopping through these links— it’s such a great way to support The Foundation Blog!). As always, these are my true authentic opinions & thoughts, and I genuinely hope they help your postpartum time!

Without further adou, let’s do this!

mattress protector (a must…):

okay, we are going to start with something unconventional and not often mentioned for the postpartum stage that I literally could not live without… A WATERPROOF MATTRESS PROTECTOR. Guys, this is CRUCIAL. Between leaking boobs, postpartum bleeding, and hormonal night sweats….. truuuuust me, you’ll want an extra layer protecting your mattress. It’s not a ~FuN~ purchase by any means, but I’d rather invest $30 one time to protect my mattress than permanently damage my $900 mattress, ya know?!?! I can’t find the link to my specific one, but you can get any old one! While I haven’t personally tried these, here’s an organic, more quality (but more expensive) option, and here’s a more generic cheaper option :)

nontoxic peri balm (please get this):

Guys. PLEASE. GET. THIS. We all know that things “down there” are in rough shape after labor. When you leave the hospital, they send you home with all of this STUFF for your peri area (dermaplast, witch hazel pads, ice packs, etc.). While those things can be helpful, THIS specific perineal balm was by faaaar my favorite soothing remedy down there. It is nontoxic and provided beautiful moisture to aid the tissues in healing with a cooling & soothing effect. Organic and effective— AKA my fav kind of product. I was so thankful to find a clean ingredient option that genuinely helped healing and provided comfort. Highly highly highly recommend.

silver nipple cups (hear me out…):

Again, kind of a random thing and definitely lesser known— but one thing that was a gaaaame-changer for me were these sterling silver nipple covers to help soothe sore nipples. Going into pregnancy, my holistic self KNEW I wanted these for the postpartum period. It may seem weird, but sterling silver is actually a powerful anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, etc. and can be very soothing to irritated skin. All you do is put these two small silver cups over your nipples after feeding and it helps to soothe and protect the nipples.

I used these SO religiously at first and I genuinely did not have any issues having my nipples adjust to breastfeeding (which doesn’t seem like the norm… people told me it is sooo painful, but it literally did not happen to me). I think the fact that I was SO consistent with these starting right away saved my nipples from unnecessary pain, irritation, & cracking as I began my breastfeeding journey (I literally brought them to the hospital with me!).

At first, I used them between every single feed for the first week or so. Now, I just use them 1-2 times a week if my nipples are starting to show any signs of pain or irritation. Just wearing it for a few hours seems to help resolve any emerging pain, and I will continue to use these “as needed” for healthy nipple maintenance. (is “healthy nipple maintenance” a thing?? can I say that?? i just did.)

these post-natal vitamins (yes, you read that correctly)

Alright, mama— you DID IT. You gave birth. Your baby is here. and you may think it’s time to throw that prenatal bottle into the trash… but hold tight!

Because your body STILL needs support. It is recovering from both pregnancy and labor, depleted of nutrients, and needs a bit of help to help replenish your vitamins, minerals, and nutrient status. Which is exactly why I have been loving this packet of POST-natal vitamins, designed specifically for this unique stage. (affiliate discount: KATEESKURI20)

This is the exact same brand I used throughout pregnancy as my prenatal— because the ingredients are actually very bio-available, readily used by the body, and in evidence-backed doses. Not to mention, they design each specific vitamin packet for *each* stage of the pregnancy journey (pre-conception, 1st trimester, 2nd tri, 3rd… AND postpartum). Ya love to see it!!!

In the postpartum packet they have:

  • multivitamin made specific for postpartum women: ontains the activated format of folate (L-5 Methylfolate), chelated minerals, a highly absorbable format of iron and iodine for thyroid health. In addition, our Mom Multivitamin includes vitamin D to support normal immune function, the chelated format of key minerals for optimal absorption, and a blend of vitamins to aid in a healthful postpartum period and beyond.*

  • fish oil with *both* EPA and DHA: There are two main types of Omega-3s: EPA and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Each has a different function in the body. EPA supports the heart, immune system, and your inflammatory response. DHA supports the brain, eyes, and central nervous system.* These help baby’s brain development and for supporting your mood.

  • biotin & collagen: postpartum hair shedding WHO?! they include this “beauty blend” with both biotin & collagen to support your skin, hair, and nails. Collagen is important for rebuilding tissue and skin elasticity. While biotin supports healthy skin, hair and nails.

  • stress-reducing blend: they also include a supplement with Ashwagandha + L-Theanine for their anti-stress properties. this herbal blend is breastfeeding safe and helps promote much-needed relaxation for those postpartum days!

Basically, it’s one simple packet per day that has everything you need for supporting body in the tender postpartum time :) You can find the packet here and save 20% with my affiliate code KATEESKURI20 :) Love love love this company for all of your supplement needs— preconception all the way to postpartum!

From pre-coneption to pregnancy to postpartum, they’ve got you covered! Save 20% on *any* perelel product with the code KATEESKURI20

nontoxic nipple balm:

going off of the silver cups, this nontoxic nipple balm was thing that REALLY helped support my nipples as I adjusted to breastfeeding. Similar to the silver cups, I used this RELIGIOUSLY at first to help be proactive and protect my nipples and get “ahead” of any irritation— but now, I just use as needed. Since baby is feeding right on this area of skin, finding a nontoxic option was extra important to me. This provided great moisture and soothing properties to the nipples, and I really liked it!

theeee most amazing onesie on the planet:

O. M. G. thee outfit we have had miles in 24/7. You guys even called me out as an outfit repeater on my instagram stories when you noticed he was literally wearing the same outfit every. single. day. (ha!). And while we had countless other newborn outfits, we just kept. reaching. for this specific onesie (….and kept doing laundry so that it would constantly be clean).

Well, what makes it so special, Kate? Hear me out. The design of this “baby bag” onesie thing is GENIUS and so unique. I’ve never seen another onesie like it. It makes changes SO easy (yes… even easier than zip up onesies…. by far…), it’s main closure is a big velcrow flap (AKA no annoying buttons, zippers, etc. and allows for effortless skin-to-skin without having to fully undress them) and has a “bag” bottom (instead of pant legs that feel impossible to get those little newborn legs into! They have regular leg options, but I highly recommend their “baby bags” for the newborn stage). Miles is sooo comfy in this thing, and we loved it because of the effortless skin-to-skin and VERY easy diaper changes.

We had gotten ours as a hand-me-down from my sister, and didn’t really understand how amazing it was until Miles arrived and were actually using it…. and then, didn’t want to ever stop using it, ha! Once we realized how much we were reaching for it, we bought literally 5 more online hahahaha. OBSESSED. We put him in these every night before bed.

They are made by a fellow small business, and I fan-girl emailed the company because I loved them so much. They were kind enough to offer you 12% off with the coupon KATEESKURI (how nice!). I cannnnnot recommend these enough for the newborn stage (and i think they would make an amazing gift to an expecting mama in your life!)

best. onesie. ever. SO easy for diaper changes and effortless skin-to-skin. Not to mention, a small business! (They were kind enough to offer you 12% off with the coupon KATEESKURI.)

belly band (I know, I know…):

Okay, don’t cancel me for recommending this. hahahha. I know people have VERY strong opinions on abdominal support bands postpartum (both positive and negative), but I am just sharing my perspective… and I have truly loved having a belly band in this postpartum time. I was hesitant (due to the passionate negative opinions I have heard), but my provider actually is the one who STRONGLY encouraged me to wear this because I had pretty significant diastasis recti (ab separation) from pregnancy. In her experience, she finds that patients that wears these have a much better recovery, and feels that they can be was highly supportive to the healing process.

Why I like it? In general, I felt quite weak immediately postpartum, and this thing truuuuly helped me feel more upright & secure for lack of a better word. I can’t really describe it, but I just genuinely feel like it has SUPPORTED my abdomen as it heals— like it was actively bringing things together again?? I have worn this pretty much every day since delivery, and I really think it has helped me with reducing postpartum swelling, helping abdominal healing, and supporting positive posture in this postpartum period. Moreso than that, it just helps me FEEL secure & more supported in my core. I personally got this one, and love it!! The sizing can be a bit confusing— I was in-between sizes small and medium, and ended up getting a small with the extender. I probably should’ve gotten a medium (if you’re between sizes, size up!). But I personally got the smaller option plus their extender as it basically guaranteed it would fit me both immediately postpartum and after. I am now using the regular band on its own (without the extender) as my swelling has gone down.

As always, talk with YOUR provider or physical therapist to see if it’s a good fit for you— but since my midwife recommended it and i have had a really great experience, I just wanted to write a note that I have LOVED mine.

these electrolyte hydration packets:

You all know I am the hydration queen, and this little electolyte packet is my savior every. single. morning. Think of it like a clean-ingredient powerade! Hydration is always so important to me, but even MORESO with breastfeeding. With nursing, it honestly feels challenging to keep up with hydration needs. However, this lil packet of electrolytes (without added sugar) helps my hydration during these postpartum days. I can *truly* notice a difference in my urine color, energy, annnnd the AMOUNT of breast milk produced on the days I happened to skip taking this. For me, staying properly hydrated has been SO impactful for my milk production. 1 LMNT per day— keeps me hydrated (without the added sugar) & has been a game changer in postpartum.

this nontoxic baby skincare collection:

from head to toe, this nontoxic baby skincare collection is what we are using on moe. The soap is amazing for baby baths, followed up with a baby oil all over the body, baby balm on his booty (this is what we are using as a “diaper rash cream” and his bottom has been SO solid and showed no irritation). In his 2nd week, he had a little newborn rash redness/small bumps on his forehead at one point… 2 days of applying baby balm to the area and it completely went away— I swear the baby balm has like 8394293847 uses (just read the reviews!). You can get the whole bundle of nontoxic baby care goodies here at a discount when you purchase it all together as a bundle :) This is what I did!

this specific meditation app (your mental health MATTERS):

Mmmmmm, this one is just good for my SOUL. Safe to say, adding a baby to your life can be a BIG stage of transition, feelings, and adjustment, and one area of self-care that has been soooo helpful to me is meditating. But not just meditating— but meditating consistently. And I am so proud of myself for doing that lately! My secret? This specific app.

Because, let me be honest, I have tried SO many of the 93048290384 meditation apps out there, and no matter how hard I tried, I could never truuuly be consistent. But, this one? It is SO realistic for everyday life (yes, even the crazy newborn days). I love it because there are beautiful “classic” meditations, but also UNIQUE “everyday” meditations that you can play for cleaning your house, meditations for when you’re on a walk, doing your skincare routine, waking up in the morning, a whole library of meditations under 5 minutes, etc. Even in the newborn craziness, I Have been so consistent and GENUINELY looking forward to these busy-girl-approved meditations every day— they are SO relevant, easy to implement, and truly lovely. 10/10 recommend. (Pssst: Try 6 weeks free by clicking this link and entering the coupon code KATE :) Enjoy!

okay, this one is boring, buuut…. pacifiers:

Okay, this one isn’t #unique, but it has been a game-changer for us. While it absolutely varies baby-to-baby and there are many [strong] opinions out there, our little guy LOVES a pacifier. At first, he was wanting to be on my breast alllllllll day— not even necessarily feeding, but just suckling for comfort. I was scared to introduce a paci and have any oral nipple confusion with breastfeeding, but I alsoooooo knew him being on my breast 24/7 wasn’t sustainable.

After weighing the pros and cons, we personally ended up introducing the bibs paci at about 5 days, annnnnd he LOVED it. (and my breasts loved the break, ha!). We were really cautious at first and watched for any signs it was impacting his latch/breastfeeding, but we didn’t notice any. In the end, the pacifier has been a great comfort to him! Again, you do YOU for this— but we have loved these pacifiers! SO cute & BPA free :)

hahahaha, we love this pic. Adam took it on the first day we introduced the paci :)

nontoxic armpit refresh (trust me…):

Okay, this one is RANDOM. Not 100% necessary, but has been so great for me. The hormonal swings can result in some wiiiiild body odor and STANK. For a little nontoxic “refresh” in between showers, I just spritz this nontoxic spray under my pits and re-apply my fav natural deodorant (coupon: KATE10 ). This specific duo is a gaaaame changer for the stinky times & allows you to feel FRESH even during the whirlwind, messy-bun, haven’t-showered newborn days :)

sitz bath (the. best.):

Again, to help with healing your perineal area, regular sitz baths can be sooo lovely and are shown to assist healing. As you may know, I am a self-proclaimed bath queen. Getting in regular soaks and sitz baths has been so healing postpartum for me— both physically and emotionally. I got this organic sitz bath set and would do one soak every evening in the first two weeks. I seemed to recover quite quickly in my perineal area, and I definitely think these helped! Not to mention, it is a JOY! An excuse for bath time?! Sign me up! Even if it’s a short bath, I will still set the ~vibe~ with candles, a facemask, and will typically listen to a meditation or read while I soak :)

snuggle me organic:

The “snuggle me organic” infant lounger. A classic— but for good reason. Again, another thing we use 9384029834 times per day— a great (and nontoxic!) place for baby to lounge and set down while you do other things! We got ours used from my sister (thanks, J!), but I honestly probably wouldn’t have bought one new because they felt wayyyyyy more expensive than it needed to be…. but, honestly, after actually having a newborn…. i WOULD pay full-price for it based on how much we have been using it.

The snuggle me is an organic comfy cozy spot to set baby down in a supervised spot— we will set this on our coffee table, our kitchen counter, next to us at dinner, etc. and it allows us to easily have a spot to set Miles down/watch him no matter where we are in the house.

i mean…….. cutest lil green bean!!!! In this photo I had set him down here in my bedroom while I folded laundry :) Such a cozy place to set him down while I can still supervise/watch him. Makes it easy to keep an eye on him anywhere in the house!

haakaa breastmilk collector:

They call it ‘liquid gold” for a reason, right??? EVERY ounce counts, and this little silicone cup allows you to effortlessly collect your breastmilk! You guys, I could not. live. without. this thing. The MVP of my breastfeeding journey. I literally just ordered a second one just in case I ever misplaced the one I own, ha! This simple little gadget allows you to collect milk and passively “pump” your breast that you are not using to feed (I have truly collected 25+ full bags of breastmilk in the 3-4 weeks I’ve been using this…).

HOW YOU USE IT: So, if your little one is nursing on your left breast, you simply put this on your right while your little one is nursing, and get to collect extra milk during the feed. You can kind of customize how much “suction” it has by how hard you squeeze it when you apply— more suction will pull out more milk, less will more passively pull milk. (*be aware that while this is really gentle and time-efficient, it is ultimately still a form of pumping and can contribute to an oversupply of milk! Just be mindful of any signs of pain, oversupply, etc. and adjust to YOUR needs!*)

My favorite aspect of it is that I will literally get OUNCES AND OUNCES of breastmilk from this and it doesn’t take any extra time or pumping sessions to collect! I simply just throw it on whenever Miles feeds, and it has added up SO much. Not to mention, I don’t have to clean any tedious pumping parts. (We LOVE a time-efficient hack, yes???). So simple yet so impactful. OBSESSED. WITH. THIS.

BPA-free breast milk bags:

To go off the haaka recommendation, you want a safe place to store all your hard-earned breast milk! While most breastmilk bags are just regular old plastic, I was intentional to pick a BPA-free option, and I REALLY like these. They “stand up” in the fridge (if you are gradually adding to it throughout the day like I do), they freeze flat, and have a really secure “seal”. A small thing, but since you will be using these all the time, getting a quality bag seems very worth it to me. I really, really like these.

these healthy pre-made meals (…that are *actually* filling and delicious):

SO. HELPFUL. You have heard me rant about these meal delivery kits for about a year now (they saved me during busy grad school times), but they have been just as clutch in postpartum. Basically, they are 100% pre-made, ready-to-go meals that are actually made of QUALITY ingredients— meat that is grass-fed, pasture-raised, antibiotic & hormone-free, no refined sugars, non-GMO, preservative-free…. need I go on?!?! They are meal kits made of ACTUALLY healthy, quality, nourishing ingredients. Annnnd (the best part), they are fully ready to go when you arrive— all you have to do is heat it up :)

I LOVE knowing that no matter how crazy my day is, I have a healthy, nourishing, FILLING meal ready to go (these meals are not wimpy— I am definitely full and satisfied afterwards). Adam and I both have been having these a few times per week— adjusting to life with a newborn is a lot, but I do not let a busy schedule be an excuse to eat unhealthy foods. We have been ordering 1 box per week and they have been keeping us nourished. (And, not to mention, they are bleeping delicious AND filling/hearty). Just heat ‘em up and you’re good to go! Not sponsored, but this refer-a-friend link will save ya $120!

this specific style of baby carrier:

Mr. Miles LOOOOVES to be worn around and cuddled for naps, and personally, love this carrier. TBH, I didn’t really expect to wear this around the house that much! I bought it moreso as my “cute” carrier for out and about since it’s not as bulky as many options. But, to my surprise, I have ended up wearing it almost daily, just around the house and “out and about” as a cuter option!

I feel like EVERYONE has their own opinions on carriers & which one they like best— I personally have been using our “bulkier” baby bjorn on walks/hikes or when I am really active (doing chores, moving around a lot, etc.), and then the wrap in the more calm, low-key times around the house or “out and about”!.

I had multiple carriers, and for me, the sling wrap has just felt the most intuitive for me to wear— I find it quite easy to put him in even when I am alone (it definitely took a few time of trial and error learning the technique though!), I love the way I can customize the tightness, snug him really close to my chest, and it just feels really natural for me to wear??? We have a few other carriers, and this one has been my personal go-to (which kind of surprised me! again— I only expected to wear it as a “cute” carrier, but I just really like it for everyday use too!).

I bought this with my own money (it wasn’t gifted or sponsored or anything!), but I reached out to them to see if they had a coupon to share and they said you can save 10% with with the code KatexWildBird ! YAY. Enjoy!

Here is my lil nugget in his sling— i LOVE this wrap! :) I make a tangible effort to get moe out in sunlight early in the morning to help support his circadian rhythm and day/night cycle! Throwing him in this “sling” style wrap has personally been the easiest for me!

these 2 apps for pelvic floor exercises:

Obviously, your body goes through a LOT during pregnancy and labor. One area I am being SUPER proactive with is my pelvic floor and rebuilding my core strength/stability. It’s boring, it’s not-sexy, but it’s IMPORTANT. I really want to rebuild this area of my strength/body before I get back to my fulllll range of exercise (running, HIIT, etc.).

While I will be seeing a pelvic floor PT, I am mainly just utilizing two different apps: 1) EVERY MOTHER APP: this is specifically designed for pelvic floor work. I have been doing it daily and 2) EXPECTING AND EMPOWERED: i. love. this. app. this is a pregnancy/postpartum work out app that is designed by credentialed physical therapists (so amazing!). I used a lot when I was pregnant, and it really helped simplify which exercises were “safe” during pregnancy. annnnnd they also have a postpartum exercise segment! I like this app as it has a lot more workouts beyond just pelvic floor (for both pregnancy and postpartum), and is very easy to use. (coupon for the app: kate10). As always, check with your doctor/physical therapist on if these are a good fit for you, but I have been LOVING these two apps as I work to rebuild my core, strengthen my foundation, and doing it with intention. They are both great, and I am alternating between the two :)

hatch alarm clock (100% necessary? probably not. but i love it):

This thing is soooo nice and mutli-functional. Is it absolutely necessary? No. Are there cheaper nightlights? yes. Are there cheaper sound machines? Yes. But I truly am so impressed with this all-in-one little machine & know we will use this for YEARS to come— from newborn to toddler and beyond. While baby is in our room, it provides just enough light to check in on your babe without a bright lamp or overhead light and waking them unnecessarily. It’s so easy to use and customize to the different lights, timing, sounds, etc. Miles has been sleeping in regular 4+ hour stretches since the very beginning, and I think a lot of that is this sound machine and the cozy ambiance the nightlight sets???

muslin blankets (you need more than you think…):

Okay, another very obvious one, but I couldn’t resist. While you can buy burp cloths and blankets and swaddles separately, we kind of just ended up using organic muslin blankets for alllllll of those things in one. Quick nap? swaddle him in the muslin blanket. Breastfeeding cover? Muslin blanket. Need an extra layer for warmth? Muslin blanket. Spit up? wipe it with the muslin blanket.

While this isn’t groundbreaking, I just wanted to write a note that we go through these QUICKLY— we had 6 muslin blankets to start (which I thought was PLENTY), but we actually bought a few more as we were running out of clean ones (due to any pee from naptime, spit up, etc.). They are constantly in use, in the wash, in use, and buying a few extra organic ones was necessary for us. I wanted to write this one as a tip simply because we use them for more things than we thought & needed a few more! Honestly, if I could do it again, I would probably not buy ANY specific burp rags— and just get more muslin blankets. So useful & versatile for newborn time!

my brand new collection of pregnancy/motherhood focused journals (and birth affirmation cards!). I am so proud of these workbooks, and the postpartum one has been SO lovely to work through during this time.

this postpartum-focused journal

Okay, I’ll be the first to admit this is a SHAMELESS plug, but I am prooooud of it, babe (Meredith Blake reference, anyone???). I recently launched a collection of pregnancy journals— guided workbooks that walk you through the specific phases: pre-conception, pregnancy (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester), and postpartum. The postpartum journal has truly been soooo powerful and peace-giving for me— in just 5-10 minutes per day of writing :) I was already proud of these collection, but now that I’m actually using it and experiencing it firsthand, I can truly say these journals are SO impactful in pregnancy and beyond. This journal collection allows me a release & safe space to process my emotions during postpartum – but also a tangible keepsake to capture this unique season of life.

While I LOVE printing these journals out pen-and-paper style (I just do it super affordably at office max, fedex, etc.), they also can easily be used digitally on your iPad if you’re a techie girl (my fav app is Notability!) or just typing on them on your computer :) And remember, once you purchase, the file is yours for life, so can be use again & again in future pregnancies too! Thanks to everyone that has purchased already! Your support of my small biz means so much!

this amaaazing robe

With sleepy days & breastfeeding, I have basically been living in this robe alllll day, every day! (If you follow along on insta stories, you already knew that). And it’s so funny, because I have LITERALLY gotten more requests for this robe link than like when I have a cute outfit on. And that makes me happy— becaue this robe was a little motherhood gift to myself! This may sound silly, but going into postpartum, I knew I’d likely just want to keep it simple clothing-wise and wear something that would keep comfortable all day, had easy breastfeeding access, was loose, annnnnd I treated myself to a nice robe. I LOVE the style of this one— it has such a unique, polished SHAPE and seems a bit elevated for a robe. I specifically chose it because it feels a little more pulled together, and the fabric is juuust structured enough to provide a flattering shape (and beautiful kimono sleeves!), but soft enough to cozy up in! It’s so dang comfy, and I have been LIVING in this even more than I ancitipacted. I got this from a small biz on etsy, and I looooove it. (Two other options I considered were this one & this one, but i am SO happy with the one I chose!)

placenta supplements

One of my most asked questions… did i keep my placenta after birth? Yup! I know there are also a lot of opinions and conflicting opinions on this— and, unfortunately, hardly any studies have been done so largely of the “data” out there is anectodal reports, but many women report significant benefits to taking their placenta in pill-form after birth. Ultimately, I trusted my gut and encapsulating my placenta felt like the best route for me! Intutively it just makes sense to me… The thought is that all of the nutrients, hormones, etc. retained in the placenta can help your body replenish nutrients and stabilize mood postpartum. It basically helps “bridge the gap” from the intense hormones/blood demands of pregnancy to being non-pregnant. 5 weeks in to postpartum, and I truly never felt like I had that infamous “hormone drop”. Many women report constant crying, intense mood swings, emotions, etc., and I truly haven’t felt like that! I’ve felt pretty level— and while I can’t say FOR SURE that my placenta capsules helped with that, intuitively it makes sense to me to take them & I’ve had a great experience! (If you are in the Duluth area and need a rec for who did mine, just shoot me a DM and I can pass along her info!)

That’s a wrap!

Ahhhh, postpartum. This time is SO wild & beautiful & challenging & surprising & peaceful & crazy & all the things. While there is no “secret” to navigating postpartum or one set “right” way, these are a few things that made it easier for me! As always, literally nothing on this list was sponsored. I am just giving you my honest thoughts & using some affiliate/refer-a-friend links for things i TRULY love & use. I hope you enjoy them as much as i do, and let me know if there are any “must haves” you used in postpartum in the comment section below!

With love,

Kate
