  • What’s the time commitment like for the program?

    A new module will open every Sunday at 11am CST over the course of 8 weeks. Each module is designed to be quick & easy to consume at only 1 hour per module, which you can do at any point throughout your week. The associated assignments, journal prompts, meditations, etc. are the cherries on top—they will help you to integrate the materials into REAL life, but again, won’t take more than 15 minutes per day so you can get into the habit of integrating health practices even on your busiest days.

  • When are the weekly coaching calls?

    Calls will be held on Zoom every Tuesday at 12pm CST.

  • What if I miss a call or can’t be there live?

    All calls will be recorded and available to students for 6 months! But, I encourage you to try to attend as many as possible so you get the live coaching and Q+A benefits of the program.

  • What if I get behind on materials?

    No problem—I get it, sometimes life gets beyond busy and other responsibilities take precedence. I urge you to try to fit the materials in by scheduling them into your week, but if you do get behind, you’ll have access to the course materials for six months.. You can take advantage and re-watch modules during that time, too!

  • Can I buy this program as a gift for my mom/sister/BFF/etc.?
