  • Two months of 1:1 personalized support from Kate, a registered nurse, doctorate of integrative health, and board-certified health coach.

  • Recap summary notes sent to you after each session where I condense what we discussed, various aha moments, different ideas for improvement, and your goals/homework.

  • Intentional conversations, discussions, and prompts that will go deep. WHAT are you truly seeking in your health (like, actually what do YOU want in your soul), WHAT is standing in your way of that vision, WHAT habits are repeating and holding you back, and HOW can we move forward with intention?

  • 4 private live 1:1 health coaching calls. These will be held every other week over zoom, and are all about YOU – your health, your story, your concerns, your roadblocks. (and how to overcome these things, *wink*)

  • Weekly voice-note check-ins on the “off” weeks where I will check in on how your goals are going, offer accountability, answer any questions you have, celebrate your “wins”, help you brainstorm solutions for challenges, etc. We will be in contact EVERY week during this program.

  • A personalized framework for your health – each call you will leave with ACTIONABLE “homework”, goals, and ways to *implement* healthy habits into your life.

Who *Is* Health Coaching For?

Great question. My health coaching is designed for the woman who is tired of feeling blah in her health – she is ready to feel confident, vibrant, EMPOWERED in her health.

It will be applicable, practical health information, ideas, and tweaks for those who are fed up by the state of their general health and haven’t found the healthy habits that fit their lifestyle.

This program is totally designed for EVERYDAY PEOPLE (just like you). If you’re busy, don’t have a ton of time for your health, feel confused on where to start, orrrr feel like you know exactly where to start (but struggle to stick with it and be consistent with your health.)

You WANT to up-level your health, but feel overwhelmed, short on time, energy, and consistency. You are READY for the next level of your health.

Head’s up, I want to make sure you’re in the right place.

If you’re looking for highly specific medical advice tailored to you, lab work, getting diagnosed, an individual health treatment plan, this isn’t the spot. Always work with your healthcare provider for diagnoses, prescriptions, lab work, and medical care.

I want to write this again so I am SUPER clear – if you are looking for me to answer very specific questions about your health, this isn’t a good fit. While I can answer GENERAL health questions in health coaching calls (nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, productivity, holistic remedies, etc.), I will not be offering individual health advice, diagnosing, prescribing, etc. I really pride myself on sharing health information responsibly, and I will not be going outside of my scope of practice in this program.

Likewise, if you’ve already got a handle and feel confident in your nutrition, mindfulness, sleep, exercise, and so on — keep going with what’s working!

As a registered nurse, board-certified health coach, new mom & small business owner (trust me, I get how hard it is to ‘be healthy’ amidst the chaos of a busy life), I merge evidence-based health research with personal experience for achieving true health in all its forms… including physical wellbeing, mindfulness, mental wellness & beyond.

And in our time of health coaching together, I want to show you it doesn’t need to be so complicated, time-consuming, or costly to reach your own health goals.
